Moto C Plus has excellent battery backup and that is pretty much the only good thing about it. The under-powered chipset with just 2GB of RAM will not be able to handle multiple apps so it is best to avoid this phone. If 7000 is your budget go for Redmi 4 which has a fingerprint sensor, a better chipset, a better camera and has metal build. See our review of the Motorola C Plus

Oppo Realme C1 introduces the notch display in the lower budget segment smartphones. With a decent processor and camera quality, which are best seen in this prices range, Realme C1 is easily the best smartphone under 7000. A massive battery life, a very quick face unlocking mechanism and a cool glossy finish further adds to the points. However, it lacks fingerprint sensor which might be a concern for some of the users. At a price of Rs. 8000 to 9000, Samsung has launched a nice looking smartphone with a large 6.22 inch display. It is a great looking phone with decent performance. The battery backup is excellent but the charging is slow. If you like Samsung and need a phone under 10000, then M10 is the best you can get. If you can go for other brands then Realme 2 should be your choice which comes with Snapdragon 450. See our review of the Samsung M10

Moto E5 Plus has been priced at Rs. 11999 in India. It faces tough competition from phones like Redmi Note 5, Asus Zenfone Max Pro, Redmi Y2, Honor 7X, Realme 1 and Honor 9 Lite. All these phones pack better hardware than the E5 Plus. The only reason you should go for E5 Plus is if you need a beautiful phone with a big battery. Performance wise, there are a lot of other better options. See our review of the Motorola Moto E5 Plus

Redmi 4 is an excellent device for the price. If you need a decent phone under Rs. 10000 then Redmi 4 should be your choice. Realme 3 comes with a powerful MediaTek Helios P70 processor, a beautiful and well finished smartphone but does not bring anything extraordinary to the table. It faces competition from many phones in this segment of under 9000 and does not completely outcast them to be a clear winner. It is good for the price point but not compared to Redmi Note 7 available at Rs. 9999 See our review of the Realme 3 32GB
